Bishop Julio Cabrera Ovalle received greetings from the Apostolic Nuncio to Guatemala, Archbishop Nicolas Thevenin on Jan. 25 announcing the erection of the Diocese of Jutiapa from territory within the Diocese of Jalapa in Guatemala.
