Aquinas Institute of Theology invites applications for a full-time Director of Recruitment and Admissions beginning July 1, 2017. The candidate should possess a baccalaureate or master’s degree and have a strong record in educational recruitment and admissions.

The Director of Admissions contributes significantly to Aquinas Institute of Theology’s mission as a Roman Catholic graduate school of theology and ministry sponsored by the Order of Preachers. The Director provides leadership in facilitating the day-to-day operation of the admissions office and oversees ongoing development and implementation of a recruitment and enrollment plan based on the strategic imperatives of the Institute. The Director reports to the Academic Dean and President and collaborates with other administrative directors, faculty, and staff in recruiting and retaining a diverse student body and expanding the school’s educational mission to new markets.

Aquinas Institute of Theology invites applications for Vice President of Institutional Advancement. Reporting to the President of the Institute, the Vice President is responsible for all outcomes and activities associated with fundraising and donor relations. By collaborating with the President, the Board of Trustees, and key administrators, the Vice President of Institutional Advancement will support and contribute to the Institute’s mission and develop and execute a strategy to optimize the Institute’s fund development and appeals for philanthropic financial support. The VP will apply strategic expertise in communicating the Institute’s compelling work to optimize its local and national visibility, fundraising capacity, and financial resources. The successful candidate will be expected to begin on July 1, 2017.
